Product return, refund and shipping info

We want to make sure you're totally happy with your purchase. If for any reason you're not happy with your purchase, just return it for a full refund.

Cancellations, returns and refunds are only accepted within 14 days, from the day of delivery of item.

 

Just return the rug to us for a full refund - its as simple as that.

Buyer will pay return postage charges.

 

Damaged or faulty goods are collected free of postage charge.
